These terms define the working relationship, responsibilities, workflow and service policies between WeBuildCrew and our clients — written to be fair, transparent and easy to understand.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the working relationship, responsibilities and service policies between WeBuildCrew ("we", "us") and you ("the client"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
They apply to all of our work — development, design, consultation, automation, SaaS, marketplaces, mobile apps, bots and any other digital services we provide.
2. Services
We design, build and maintain digital products, including:

Every project follows a clear, transparent process so expectations are aligned at each stage:

4. Payments & Milestones
Payments are milestone-based, and we never ask for blind payments or post payment details publicly.
- ✓Work begins after the first milestone payment is confirmed.
- ✓Each subsequent milestone is paid as that stage is approved.
- ✓Final deployment and handover occur after the final payment clears.
- ✓Payment instructions are shared privately, only after we've agreed scope and price.
- ✓Invoices and payment details are handled securely and directly with you.
Accepted payment methods
- ✓Platform payments — Fiverr or Upwork (with buyer protection)
- ✓Bank transfer — local or international (IBAN / SWIFT)
- ✓Wise / Payoneer — multi-currency international transfers
- ✓Stripe / card payments — secure hosted checkout
- ✓Crypto — only if agreed privately in advance
5. Revisions Policy
We want you to be happy with the result, so reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included.
- ✓Reasonable revisions to agreed deliverables are included.
- ✓Changes that expand the original scope may affect timeline and budget.
- ✓Major new features are treated as separate, quoted work.
6. Client Responsibilities
Smooth projects are a two-way street. To keep things on track, clients are asked to:
- ✓Provide accurate, complete requirements.
- ✓Share the assets and content we need (text, images, access, branding).
- ✓Respond to questions and approvals within a reasonable time.
- ✓Test and review deliverables at each milestone.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full.
- ✓On full payment, you own the final source code and deliverables.
- ✓Until full payment, work remains our intellectual property.
- ✓We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless an NDA or private agreement says otherwise.
- ✓Third-party libraries and assets remain under their own licences.
8. Confidentiality
Your information stays confidential, and we're happy to formalise this with an NDA.
- ✓Client information is handled securely and privately.
- ✓We operate an NDA-friendly workflow.
- ✓Project discussions and files stay between you and our team.
- ✓Source code and business data are protected and never disclosed or reused.
9. Support & Maintenance
We don't disappear at launch.
- ✓A free support period is included where agreed (e.g. for bug fixes after launch).
- ✓Long-term maintenance and retainer plans are available.
- ✓Bugs in delivered work are fixed promptly within the support period.
- ✓Support excludes issues caused by third-party changes or client modifications, which can be quoted separately.
10. Timelines & Delays
We commit to clear timelines and work hard to meet them.
- ✓Timelines depend on project scope and are agreed up front.
- ✓Delays can occur due to scope changes or missing client feedback/assets.
- ✓We'll communicate proactively if anything affects the schedule.
11. Third-Party Services
Projects often rely on external providers, each governed by their own terms:
- ✓Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel, AWS)
- ✓APIs and external integrations
- ✓Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer)
- ✓Analytics tools
- ✓Other third-party services required by the project
12. Limitation of Liability
We deliver high-quality work, but some things are outside our control.
- ✓We are not responsible for third-party outages or external platform failures.
- ✓We are not liable for losses arising from client modifications after handover.
- ✓Our total liability is limited to the value of the agreed project scope.
13. Termination
Either party may end the engagement under reasonable conditions.
- ✓Either side may terminate with written notice if terms aren't met.
- ✓Completed milestones and work delivered up to termination remain payable.
- ✓On termination, we hand over paid-for work and deliverables.
